Four stages, in order, with something you can check at the end of each.

  1. Understand Your Requirements

    It starts with a ninety-minute scoping call — with the engineers who would actually do the work, not an account manager taking notes to pass on. We ask what the system has to do, what it has to talk to, and what happens today when it goes wrong.

    You leave with a written scope, an indicative range and the constraints we can already see. That document is yours whether you hire us or not.

  2. Architecture, Planning & Team

    You get named engineers, not a resource pool that rotates each quarter. Before anyone opens an editor the architecture is written down — the shape of the system, the decisions taken, and the reasons the alternatives were rejected.

    Everything then goes onto Jira or Azure DevOps, with your logins issued on day one. Every ticket, estimate and blocker is visible to you as it moves.

  3. Build, Test & Iterate

    Delivery runs in two-week increments, and each one ends with working software deployed to an environment you can open yourself. No demo builds, no screenshots standing in for progress.

    Automated tests go into the pipeline from the first sprint rather than being bolted on near the end, and performance and security passes run before anything is promoted to production.

  4. Deploy, Handover & Support

    Every engagement ends with a handover, not an invoice. Runbooks, architecture notes and the operational detail that usually lives only in someone's head are written down and given to you.

    Then we pair with your engineers until they can run, extend and debug it without us on the call. Ongoing support is available if you want it — it is never the price of getting your own system back.
